What do you think?
This is not just about white and black people. I am saying just in general, it could be a Hispanic person saying racist stuff against Asians. I’m just asking do you think it’s right when another race says to forgive a person when they say stuff against another race that’s not their own.
You know I’ve never understood this:
When celebrities say racist comments against a certain group of people, most of their fans always say it’s ok and that they were young or that it was so long ago so let it go. Then of course the person makes an apology vid and their fans are ok with it and they move on. But my thing is, if a white person makes racist comments against black people and the majority of that celebrities fan base is white, how do they have the right to say that they forgive that person? (Sorry if I’m wording this wrong) Or if a black person was being racist against a white person and their fan base is 95% black, what gives them the right to say its ok to forgive? I’ve never understood that, I personally believe that if a certain group of people are targeted it is not ok for everyone else to say it’s ok, because it’s not. No one but that group of people (doesn’t have to be about race) has been effected. This is just my opinion and I am open to everyone else’s, but let’s be respectful to the person who posted this (me) and everyone who decides to comments.
