Starting first round of Femara this Cycle

Hello!!!

AF finally decided to make an appearance after an 81 day cycle 😏 I don’t ovulate on my own and we are finally trying Femara after 6 years ttc. We are starting with 2.5 mg and I was wondering if anyone had any luck with this low of a dose with PCOS? Also when in your cycle did you ovulate? I haven’t been able to use opks thus far but going to try to track ovulation using them and OvuSense. Any helpful tips and info is greatly appreciated 😊

Also, would love any great myoinositol brand recommendations you have found that have helped as I am currently taking a blend of one that also has d-chiro inositol that I’m not liking so far.
