Anyone else experiencing this? I'm 33 weeks now and have had this for the last couple of weeks. It happens at least once a week where I could spend an hour on the toilet in agony trying my best to go but it feels "stuck"? I feel like I'm being ripped apart so I can only imagine what actual child birth will feel like 😳🤭. God help us!

Any tips to avoid this every few days please???!
