Diastasis recti - ripped abdomen from previous pregnancies

I was uncontrollably barfing and when I would tense up from vomiting my uterus came out between my abs on the left side and I had to hold it in. The pain was excruciating. I now feel like my abs are bruised. I called my OB and left a message and I called my family doctor for an appointment on Tuesday just to cover both my bases but now I’m layin in bed icing my belly cuz it hurts sooooo bad
