Exercise and prolapse!
Hello everyone!
I have a question for anyone who can give me some insight. I just had a gyno appt and said I have a mild prolapse, and seems to be “ok” and ordered to go to PT. I was wondering what the exercise restrictions are!? I see no running!? No weight lifting or deep squats??? Is this true!? I need to work out and squats and HIIT programs are my favorite!!!
