first time sex accident..

So my boyfriend and i had sex for the first time and he didn’t cum inside of me when this happened but the condom slipped off of him and into me and we noticed it quick. My app says i have a 3% chance and if anything entered inside of me it was definitely only pre-cum so should i be worried? I want to go and buy plan b just to be safe but if I didn’t would i be okay?
