Do you think talking to a guy that you once had a sexual relationship with is cheating?

Back story.

The other persons and I was friends before the sexual relationship and after. When I go through tough times I like to talk to this person. Now my husband does know about it and he is also aware of my tough time. It does not have anything to do with our personal marriage but it is something very personal. I’m asking because a family member found out and said I was cheating. They know the person really well and they know our history. Now I don’t see it that way and my husband don’t either. My husband has access to all the messages if he wants to read them. I’m not hiding it and it is never sexual conversation. We don’t bring up what happen between us it is like it never happen and I’m okay with it.
