First trimester leg swelling

Does anyone else experience leg swelling/pain during their first trimester? The only reason I found out I was pregnant is because I went to see my primary dr about my legs hurting and swelling and that the seemed to get worse every night . Turns out I am 6 weeks pregnant! I didn’t have this with my first daughter, so it’s kind of new to me. Also, I have the WORST heartburn. It’s throughout the day and all night. It’s so bad it wakes me up in my sleep. Ugh this pregnancy is already harder than my first because with my first, all I wanted to do was sleep 😅eg
