Vaginal cyst

Hi all,

I have a painful issue going on for a few weeks so I went to the gyno. She feels strongly that I have a vaginal cyst, was very nice ( it was a different gyno than I usually see do to limited hours because of coronavirus), and wasn’t too concerned. I feel relieved because I was worried it was something more serious. It’s a small lump but is very painful. Has anyone ever experienced this? What are some suggestions for relieving it? Doctor suggested hot baths but that’s not really helping so far. If it doesn’t go away she wants me to come back and have it biopsied. I’m really hoping it just goes away. I’m trying to avoid the biopsy because she said it is painful and causes a lot of bleeding. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
