What birth control did you/are you going to choose at your 6 week pp appointment? I’ve never been on BC and don’t know what option is best

I almost got my tubes tied but then I changed my mind and got a hormonal IUD inserted during my c-section. It's too soon to give a full review, but I can vouch for the fact that it doesn't affect breastfeeding.

Vasectomy! But condoms while we wait for non essential surgeries to be allowed and for proof the vasectomy took!

I’m not a fan of birth control. We use condoms the first several months until we are ok with me potentially getting pregnant. So far breastfeeding has suppressed my period/ovulation until about 12 months pp. my first two are 25 months apart and my third is 22 months younger than my 2nd

The copper IUD because it’s hormone free. I can’t take hormonal birth control because it caused me to get 10-15 migraines a month when I was on it.

i want the mini pill, i was on the pill for 8 yrs before getting pregnant and never had problems with it

I’m not going back on birth control I want to wait and regulate my cycle. But I was on pills from 15-19 before I stopped. Always worked great. I had the implant once and hated it I spotted nonstop for 6 months before I made the doctors take it out.
