Spotting because of constipation?

I'm a little bunged up today, I had to work a little harder to poop 🙈 (omg tmi). I noticed the two times I tried to go I had some light pink spotting when I wiped after. It seemed to go away or get alot lighter been the two. 
Curious if anyone else has experienced this or if its something to be considered about. 
This is my first pregnancy, I'll be 6 weeks on Wednesday

Hi I'm 7 weeks and experiencing vaginal bleeding after passing bowel motions as well. I only seem to pass bright red blood after a bowel motion. 
Though I have also experienced a large hemorrhoid in the past and that can cause alot of blood that it looks like your period. 
So your best bet might be to figure out where your bleeding from...

If you had to strain at all you could have irritated your butthole and believe it or not but it can cause bleeding. (This may be A little tmi but) I’ve had a hemorrhoid since I was 12 and pregnancy doesn’t make things better but I’ve had times where I had to force things to happen by straining and I bled a lot like it freaked me out how much it was. If you aren’t careful you can cause hemrrhoids
