Heart broken 💔💔💔

& we don’t believe or have the money to go through ivf or none of that. I got him on vitamins last month but this is extremely low. I lost all hope. My heart really hurts.. there’s nothing wrong with me and it just hurts to see everyone around me pregnant and having kids. It’s been 6 years of not trying but just if it happens it happens type of thing. My younger sister just told me she’s pregnant yesterday. I’m so heart broken. I can’t even express the pain I feel....
