Should I go to the hospital???

Question

So I'm 31w 2d pregnant, yesterday at work i almost passed out but my co workers say me down, gave me water and food before I actually ever fainted. I felt much better and even finished my shift
 Today at home this morning i threw up but  I hadn't ate anything and had only drunk a bottle of water so all I threw was water. Baby Girl is still moving like usual so im wondering if I should go to the hospital or not??

Call the dr. but it sounds like you need to be focusing more on your nutrition and hydration.  It’s so hard while you’re working and busy I just went through it two weeks ago and I’m feeling much better.  I downloaded “my fitness pal” app for a bit just to make sure I’m getting enough food.  I wasn’t! And I was feeling weak and nauseous all the time.  You got this mama!!
