Should I be concerned/seeking fertility treatment after 2 miscarriages in a row?

Had a missed miscarriage last month at 7 weeks, April 20th, just had a chemical at 4.5 weeks today. Should I be worried? Progesterone was low each time

Like others have said, it usually requires a total of 3 miscarriages before being referred to a fertility clinic.  If you have a good Dr/OB, they may run tests to look into your progesterone levels and other potential tests.

Yes, but unfortunately a lot of providers won't do anything until after 3 losses.

My friend suffered 2 miscarriages, they wouldn't investigate until she had at least 3 (UK). Luckly she fell pregnant on the 3rd try. X

If you know your progesterone was low then that’s probably the case. Get some bloodwork done. I had two miscarriages and found out everything was good except I have celiac which untreated and undiagnosed can cause recurrent miscarriages. I’m now 6 weeks 2 days and this is my third pregnancy within a year. I went 3 months gluten free and got pregnant first try. So my guts telling me it was celiac related even though I have no symptoms.
Bottom line, get bloodwork done and go from there. Some people have multiple miscarriages and go on to have healthy pregnancies without even knowing why. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Yes but some wont test you until you've had 3 in a row. I would still talk to your doctor about what is going on. Its worth a convo.
