I’ve had my nexplanon in for three years now... about to take it out next month. But it’s been a weird ride for me. The first year and a half I got my period every 7 months on the dot. I was single. Not having sex. Then I got a boyfriend and I started getting it every two weeks on the dot. After a few months it changed from every two week, to every three weeks, sometimes four weeks. Then it’ll go back to every two weeks. I just wanted to know if this has happened to anyone else using this? And should I stop having unprotected sex for this last month that it is in?
