Abcess or cyst i dont know

Hi beautiful ladies. I just noticed an abcess in my inner thigh. Never had anything like that before. Went to 3 urgent care clinics, all of them are closed until tomorrow morning. It had a green funny smelling pus when I was inspecting it so put some antibacterial cream. I am 32 yo single and my dream is to get married and have healthy babies. Maybe i am overreacting but hoping it is not a cancer or something
