Thrush ?

Hi All,
I have a 4 weeks baby. Recently this white spot developed on my left nipple and that small cracks are causing a lot of pain during breast feeding. I have a sharp burning pain even after feeding. I asked for a doc appointment. But I’m just googling and checking. Do you think this is thrush ?  My baby does not have any white patches on his tongue. 
Does anybody had similar experience and how did you get out of it ?

I had thrush on my nipples about 3/4 weeks ago. I’ll add a picture of what mine looked like for reference. I had similar symptoms, pins and needles and shooting/stabbing pains during and after feeding (I was exclusively expressing at the time though but did bf for the first week), my boobs were constantly sore and I was in agony with my nipples I cried every time I pumped I was in that much pain. However I think I did catch my thrush pretty late and it took 2 weeks and 2 different types of treatment to clear up. Keep pressing for an appointment with your doctors, even if it isn’t thrush it’s better to be checked out to be certain because it is and can be so unbearable, and you wouldn’t want it to get worse. 😊

Do you have nipple cream? I’d apply that. The white spot looks normal to me and your nipples could just be really sensitive right now so just use the nipple balm and see if it’ll help over the next couple of days
