Period or pregnant spotting??

I’m very confused if anyone has some insight, I would appreciate it. I miscarried at 9 weeks April 16th. I had a negative pregnancy test around 2 weeks ago.

I started having brown blood on Tuesday thinking it was my first period (5 weeks post miscarriage) which then turned into red. Some very small clots. I have blood every time i wipe and I’m having cramps (lots of times just on one side).

I took a pregnancy test yesterday for some reason and got a faint positive.

So am I pregnant again but miscarrying again? Or could it be implantation bleeding?

It’s was brown blood for the first 2 days and now 3 days of red blood spotting.

I have no idea what’s happening.
