Lower abd cramps during ovulation?
I’ve been using opk’s to track my levels and I had a very strong positive yesterday and a light positive today. Bd on both days and today (day i should be ovulating) I’m experiencing mild discomfort/cramps in the middle of my lower abd. Anyone else experience this?
