Does your SO know/remember the day the two of you met?

This morning, my husband randomly said to me: “It’s been 3 years since I met your sexy butt!”. I thought that was sweet of him to say, but I asked him if he remembered the day we met, and he said no. I know that it was June 10th, 2017. Anyways, I’ve reminded him of that at least a few times in the past. I’m not even sure if he knows our wedding anniversary. I usually have to remind him of that a couple times before the actual date. I wonder if men are just bad at remembering dates, or if it’s just my husband.
