How was entering labor for you?

What did you feel like days prior to labor, during, and after labor?
Me personally..
I had intence heartburn days before, stomach got hard, running to the Lou quite frequently, back pain, and craving spicy (with baby #1)

I was just READY. I was 37w and a few days and I was alllllll belly! I went in for a regular appointment and they said, you’re going to the hospital today. I was like I’ve been waiting for y’all to say that forever 😂😂😂 everything went smoothly and I was induced - in labor for 2 days. He was 8lbs15oz soooooooooooo I think it was a great idea! 😱
I didn’t watch too many L&D videos because I wanted to have my own experience in a sense. All I did was have popsicles and watch tv until it was go time. I did hear lots of screaming from my neighboring laboring mama’s which brought it all to reality but I don’t think you can really describe it. It’s just an experience.

I felt nothing leading up to labor, the night before I was at the dinner table with my husband and just randomly looked over at him and said tomorrow is the day and sure enough my water broke in the early morning hours!
Because my water broke with no contractions I had to be induced and was in active labor for about 8 hours then he was born. I always say I would deliver ten times over instead of being pregnant for 9 months! ( I had a difficult pregnancy but thankfully a very easy labor and delivery)

I felt very normal. I actually spent the day working in my yard and had dinner with my parents and best friend. I went to bed at 11 planning on going to church in the morning and an hour later I was having contractions. Baby was born at 2:38 am 😊

My first, I was induced because my water broke and contractions didn't start right away. I didn't feel different but I did notice my mucus plug come out the day before my water broke.
My second was a home birth and i didn't even know I was in labor. it was a fast labor. the only thing i can think of was that was the one day in weeks that i had so much energy and couldn't take a nap.
my third was another home birth and the days leading up to labor were crampy. but it wasn't an indication for me that i was about to give birth.

So totally fine with my first because I was induced and had no movement before hand.
With this pregnancy (still pregnant and due today), I’ve been losing my mucus plug and getting inconsistent contractions since Friday. Loads of pressure and just feeling off and slightly nauseous, especially since about an hour ago. So I know labor is coming it’s just slow and throwing me off.

Some back pain then major cramping water broke (lots of blood) placental abruption

I felt totally normal. My water broke and I thought it was my plug as that came with a little fluid. My husband drove me to target to get pads (I was not prepared🤦‍♀️) and I lost a bunch more in the parking lot. Cramping started soon after.
