IUD Periods MIA? Or no?

So I got the Kyleena IUD back in January and I had one period in February that was long and heavy and since then I haven’t had a full on period with blood but twice (one around March and one a week ago) I’ve felt like I’ve been on my period although the period blood is absent. Like I’ve been bloated, moody, indulging in cravings, etc. and both times I experienced this its lasted about a week. So I was just curious to see if anyone else experiences/had experienced the same thing! And if anyone knows that it pretty much is a period :)) ty
