I’m using a 30 ml flange but it still seems like my nipples are pulled far in and rubs. I feel like if I size up it’s just going to continue to take even more nipple/areola in . The lactation consultant told me to go up a size when I was using the 28 ml but it just seems like nothing is going to work for me. My right nipple you can see gets even more enlarged than the left .
