Do signs that progesterone is rising after ovulation such as: sore nipples, infertile cm etc happen as soon as you’ve ovulated or a few days/week after?
Pretty much I have no idea if/when I ovulate because my cycles are all over the place, I’m currently on CD 39 & have had sore nipples (which I get most cycles towards the end) for the past few days. Does progesterone levels rise causing symptoms (eg. sore nipples) straight after you ovulate or do the symptoms begin like a week or so after ovulation??
