Spotting after sex
I have the Mirena IUD and I recently had sex for the first time. Should I be concerned if a day after for at least 3 days I had spotting and cramps? Sex was not painful and I’m pretty sure my hymen was broken from the insertion of my IUD. Should I call my doctor or is this normal?
