Leave a guy who is fixed and cannot have kids?

I have a single mum girl buddy who told me she started dating a guy, but he has a daughter by his wife and after the birth he had a vasectomy.
Like me, she has one child but only one and is in her 30's. But she would want more kids in the future perhaps another one or two.
The guy she is with is older and set on just being a one kid guy. She is hurting because she wants to leave him because she fears when the time comes, he will not reverse the surgery and she will not have another baby. She also doesn't feel comfortable with him having no sperm since she wants a child in a year or two.
Should she leave the guy or stay and or else in future ask him to reverse the surgery?

I honestly believe it’s no need to pressure the guy into having more kids if he’s set on being a one kid kind of man. I’m also guessing he had the procedure done cause he doesn’t want anymore kids. She should move on and find someone else who wants children just as bad as she does.

Leaving isn't going to be a bad thing. Having children VS not having children can be a massive deal breaker in terms of a relationship.
She needs to find someone who agrees with the lifestyle she wants (which would be having another child in this case). Dont try and change his mind.

She knows he doesn’t want them, shes either setting herself up for heartbreak or expecting him to change his life plans for her which isn’t fair

If we believe that we have a right to choose what we do with our bodies and that we have reproductive rights that a man cannot decide for us, then we have to believe the same. 
He made his choice and has been clear that he only wants one kids. Your friend cannot try to coerce him into a reversal because it is what she wants. That’s not right. We wouldn’t like if a man was trying to do that to a woman. 
She needs to leave him for someone who will want another child with her, Plan and simple.

My friend is divorced and dating a guy with kids in high school. She wants kids and he loves her so much and said he’d get a reversal. This is not your friends scenario. Her guy only wants the one kid he already has. Either she or him would be resentful

Don’t stay with someone who doesn’t have the same goals as you. She wants kids, he doesn’t. She’s going to resent him and she’s going to be unhappy. You have to find someone that honestly wants the same things, you can’t hold out hope they’ll change their mind eventually.

If she is set on having kids, she should leave. He is very clear that he has no intentions on having anymore children or getting his surgery reversed. She can't blame anyone but herself if she stays with a man who very clearly told her how he feels.
