I have primary dysmenorrhea (severe menstrual pain with no cause) and I've wanted to get a hysterectomy for a while and my husband agrees. I don't have any other physical conditions.

TriCare will cover anything as long as you do it right. People have gotten boob jobs by claiming such sever insecurity that it affects their mental health. So I see no reason why you couldn’t get something legitimately necessary done.
