Weight shame

Hey mommas!

So I have a question. When I go to my doctors and get weighed I feel like it adds up to ten extra pounds. 1. I’ve eaten 1-2 meals by the time I go in. 2. I’m fully clothed with shoes and 3. Sometimes I even have my phone, wallet and keys on me. My weight at home (first thing in the morning after a “movement”, Not showered and naked) day something completely different. My doctor says I have gained 30 pounds. My scale that I have been using for 4 years now says I’ve gained 20.

I’ve been “big boned” all my life. I just want to make sure I’m not gaining too much with my first baby.

Any advice?

Also, I’m on disability due to my pregnancy, how do you maintain weight without being super active while pregnant?
