Chart help? Major temp drop 8dpo
Can anyone provide any guidance with my chart? I was feeling okay until my temp this morning and now I’m a little bummed. This is my first cycle doing bbt, so I have nothing to compare. I’ve read your temp will fluctuate, but this seems like a big drop. I know temps usually drop before AF, but is 8dpo too early for that? I appreciate any help ladies!
