bleeding more than usual due to implant!!

so i’ve been spotting for a few weeks at a time, not a lot of blood a day though, it usually starts when i should have my period and then it goes away for a week or two. i didn’t know if this was normal with nexaplanon. and every month my period if i have one is mainly on a different weeks. please help!!
