Experience with Betterhelp or other online counseling?
If anyone of you has experience with online counseling (I’ve heard good things about Betterhelp) I‘d appreciate if you could share your experience with me.
I know I need help, but with Covid etc I think an online service would be better at this moment, and my insurance copays would be crazy anyways so I’m considering using a private service.
