Buy a birthing ball??

Question

Trying to decide if I should buy a birthing ball to help with labor and soothing baby at home. 
Any input is welcome!

When my contractions started picking up the only way I could find relief for my back was sitting on one.

Its great for pregnancy, but even afterward there are some great exercises you can do with it to get your body back so it's not a wasted expense, just maybe a space consumer.

Was a total life saver during contractions. I think my daughter got used to the bouncing too, because up until she was like 6 months she loves me bouncing her on it to soothe 😅

I loved having mine. I bought it around 20 weeks. I had one at work and home, used it daily. I used it the the first few hours I started having contractions, until I went to the hospital.

I bought a exercise ball from Walmart and this is my 4th pregnancy the first 3 i didnt use one but this one im trying the ball and to me it helps tremendously with pelvic and lower back pain. Im 1 cm dilated but im not sure if the ball had anything to do with it

I just bought one. Should arrive tomorrow! I'm so excited! Was told it would help with my lower back pain so I jumped and bought one. I cant wait to see if it will help. I also heard its good for labor. 3rd baby and I've never used one.

Haha suffering from insomnia and currently bouncing on mine rn in my dark ass room. Worth it. I have really bad back pains and cramps and it helps
