Help beauty question

What’s the best face wash? My face is dry but oily on some spots. I feel gross honestly not sure what to use also what do you use to wax face at home ? Any suggestions I’m not to into all this makeup or facial stuff but I need something for regular face cleansing also drug store please nothing high end!! Thanks !!
