We don’t have bed bugs. My husband sweats a ton and the top right nearly looks like a pimple. This is under his armpit.. They’re almost in a perfect square so it freaked me out..

I’m 33 weeks and my OB just put me on something for itching but my skin is fine. I almost thought it was fleas because we have dogs even though they’re fully vaccinated. Any tips? We are very clean people.
