Implantation bleeding?

I’m on day 39 of my cycle, and I’ve lately been having light cramps for the past few days and my breasts are swollen and tender. I have a regular menstruation cycle, it usually occurs around the same few days every month. My period being this late is very unusual to me, but while I was on the toilet (I know, TMI!), I felt more intense cramps and i saw a few drops of blood in the toilet. I had finally thought my period had started, so I put on a panty liner to see if it was heavy because usually my period is heavy right off the bat, But it looks pinkish and really light and it’s been about an hour since i first noticed it. Does it look like implantation bleeding? Please let me know!
