Chorizo recipes?

My husband bought all this chorizo from his friends butcher shop I have never cooked it before any recipes are greatly appreciated

Zuppa tuscana!!! It’s so good just google recipes it’s a soup. You might’ve had it at Olive Garden before.

Fry on medium heat, once oil realised and chorizo is a little crispy add fresh chopped tomatoes, garlic, prawns and cooked pasta. Once all cooked -5ish mins added parmesan and rocket. 
Also i do the same recipe with mussels - just cook until the shells open 👌🏽 
Dont forget garlic bread!!!!

Caldo Verde (Portuguese green soup) Healthy and also very tasty.

You could also just eat it (sliced) with crackers and cheese or you can fry it up with some peppers and onions. Endless options!!
