How can i stop producing milk ?

So i have been breastfeeding my daughter for 2 years now & it’s been veryyy hard for her to stop ! She won’t let go. I go a day without breastfeeding her and i get full so i have to give it to her because it hurts !!! She’s on me 24/7 & im reallyy tired now !! Also in the middle of the night it’s like if i have a newborn 😩😩 How can i stop from producing milk!?

Cabbage leaves what I was told. Stop letting her nurse(if ur wanting to be done) it’s only signaling ur body to keep producing. She’s plenty old enough to go all night without nursing or needing fed. It’s just going to take consistency and a couple restless night’s to break the habit, but she will adjust.

I tried the cabbage leaves... they didn’t work for me.  Sudafed def helped, but be careful not to take it too close to bedtime or you won’t sleep.  You will need some ice packs for your boobies bc they will be really really sore and engorded for the first few days.  The first 2 days when my son touched my boobs it would send shock waves through my body it hurt so bad.  
Also... you gotta stop breastfeeding altogether.  No weening.  That’s really the only way to stop.  I tried for almost a month to ween and to cut back on feeds but the only way to do is to just do it.  I bf for 13 months.  I would have kept going if my son wouldn’t have kept biting the sh!t out of me when he got excited.  
It took him about 7 days to stop asking / signing for milk from me or slapping my chest, and it took him about 10 days to adjust to cows milk.  We just kept offering it every day all throughout the day.  It took about 14-15 days to dry up.  I mean... I can still squeeze my nipples and express milk but I’m not leaking anymore and I’m not tender or rocky anymore.
