If they tested for tuner syndrome during panoramic does that mean it’s a girl?

I didn’t see this till a little bit ago so the office is closed but I’m going to assume it’s a girl bc it says negative for monosomy x which is Turner syndrome and only females can get that so I don’t think they’d check for that if it was a boy 🤔

Exactly what Sarah said, it's just part of the blood panel and they test it regardless of whether the gender came through as girl or boy.

No that’s not what it means. That’s just a generic email of all the tests they do, even if Turner syndrome is only in girls it’s still part of the generic test done on all blood samples.

No, that’s not what it means. It’s a full blood panel, they test for everything including gender

Not necessarily. They screen for all the chromosomes regardless. They don't determine the gender first and then run the test again for the ones pertaining to a girl.  All the results are simultaneously done, and it was negative. Congrats!
