Radiologist help!

I have a question regarding prominent bones?

I developed a lump between my collar bone and breast. It is NOT my collarbone. It’s hard and very visible. Doesn’t move freely. I went to my OB and they sent me for a mammogram and ultrasound on it. The mammogram couldn’t get the lump because it’s too high up. Mammogram came back normal. Then they did the ultrasound.

The doctor told me it was a prominent bone. As in my bone sticks out more. But here’s where I have doubts and just want to hear what other radiologist know about this sort of thing. It feels very round. When I feel it I can’t tell it’s a bone sticking out. It’s near my sternum and only on one side. The doctor didn’t double check for herself just went off what the tech got. She never felt it etc. I just want to hear if this is a normal thing or if I should push for a second opinion?
