Any car ride tips?

Ok so back history my older child was in school 20 mins away from home. So 40+ min trips twice a day. When baby was little she would scream and cry but would take a pacifier and eventually fall asleep. Befor covid and school shut down we were finally doing great in the car could go anywhere no issues happy baby. Now I can’t even go down the damn street. We are back to screaming like we are being murdered crying and just honestly annoying as hell! I’ve tried feeding before leaving, making sure diaper is fresh, toys, sippy cup, someone in the back with her and nope nothing! She stops as soon as she’s out the car seat. Any ideas to make her stop screaming!
