Nope! Friends of the opposite sex are one thing, and are totally okay in my relationship. 
But an ex is where I draw the line. They’re an ex for a reason and they belong in the past. I don’t do the “just friends now” bullshit personally

Any woman can flirt with my husband or drop hints all they want. They can’t make him cheat. 🤷🏻‍♀️ 
I would let my husband know it made me uncomfortable that she would undermine our relationship by trying to flirt with him, but I would leave it up to him to decide how to handle it. So long as he doesn’t go behind my back, I’m good. It’s him I have to trust, not her or any other woman.

She’s may be trashy and disrespectful for doing it, but he’s allowing it by not stopping it. Tell your husband it makes you feel disrespected and that he needs to shut it down. Don’t bend your boundaries, either. It doesn’t make you “jealous” or “crazy” to have respect for yourself and demand it back. 
When I was in your shoes shortly after getting engaged, I told my husband exactly what I said above (that I felt disrespected and that he needs to be shut it down). I also told him that while I was annoyed his ex intentionally crossed a boundary, that I would trust him to handle it. But if she continued, then I would reach out and tell her to stop being a bad human. Fortunately, he just told her that she needed to stop and then blocked her every way he could.
