Breastfeeding and pregnancy

Anyone here get pregnant while still breastfeeding ur LO?

We’re starting to try now for baby #2 but I’m still breastfeeding and don’t want to stop just yet.

Especially with her having cows milk allergy and she still doesn’t eat too much solid foods (prob because she’s constantly wanting to breastfeed) I’m not ready to stop for at least a few more months so that I have time to trial dairy with her before weaning.

But I’ve heard that it will still affect chances of pregnancy. Even tho I’ve had my period since 2 months PP. is that true?
