Hope everyone had a happy Easter/Resurrection Day/Passover!🌷JESUS LIVES🙌 It might look like we have it all together, but in reality, life is crazy right now. And by crazy, I mean we’re moving from Dallas, TX to Park City, UT in the middle of this pandemic.😳 The weeks have been such a blur - yesterday I spent most of the day cleaning, doing laundry and meal prepping😅, while Rich spent most of the day fixing things before we lease out our current home May 1st! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ And I don’t know if it was because we were both busy or what, but the kids got into the WORST mischief yesterday🙈 (and I only left them unattended 10-20 minutes at a time!) They colored on the curtains with a pen, ripped a bunch of crystals from one of the chandeliers (stacking chairs 🪑 on the bed to reach), and worst of all, Eden took Rich’s razor and tried to SHAVE her sister’s arm!!! I came in to them both screaming and blood running down Avalon’s arm. It was horrifying!😳 We did pause to read the resurrection story but overall, it was a rough day. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Honestly, it’s been rough two seasons! Since November, we’ve dealt with a major pay cut, vehicle issues, a pandemic, Rich’s torn pec muscle, all of us getting the flu (twice), turning down the wrong tenants, finding the right tenants, “missing out” on the wrong rental, finding the right rental, and many days sitting in limbo not knowing where the next home would be or the next paycheck would come from.🤷🏻‍♀️ But you know what? GOD IS SO GOOD! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The same God who works all things for GOOD for those who love Him: THAT God walked the earth as JESUS. He paid the penalty for all our sins and died the worst death of all✝️... so that we can look forward to eternity in HEAVEN with Him. Not only that, but He rose again, and LIVES as our mediator, friend, and Father... just a prayer away.
