Early pregnancy symptoms come & go?

I’m coming up to 6ish weeks pregnant and have noticed that my breast pain changes day to day and often I wake up in the morning and panic because it’s gone and then by the evening it back with a vengeance!
Anyone else have this? 
May sound crazy but having sore boobs makes me feel pregnant and puts me at ease! 🙈

Yes, pregnancy symptoms can come and go. It’s totally normal.

This is me now. Worrying i feel “good” today, or that I was more tired earlier in the week. I hate that the better I feel right now makes me more neurotic with worry.
