TMI but do any of y’all get diarrhea while on your period or is that just me? Why does this happen?

Not diarrhea but I poop much easier during my period, being someone who doesn't poop as often like me...

I get what I call the “period shits” and it’s just due to all the cramping you poop more I feel your system kinda clearing itself out

Yes, I do all the time when I’m on my period. I usually just have to let it pass without taking medicine because I already have the opposite issue when I’m not on my period.
