Normal Ultrasound?

So this is my 11 + 3 ultrasound, babe wouldn’t wake up/move a muscle, even with some jiggling. we did see a fast heartbeat, Dr. didn’t measure heart rate but said everything looked normal and only spent about 2-3 minutes on the ultrasound.. all of yesterday I was overjoyed but today I can’t help but feel anxious (for probably no reason) especially because we are also waiting on NIPT results and just announced publicly. Does this look/sound normal? (babe is facing forward)
