So i'm a 17 year old girl that works at a food industry, I asked about how the tips are supposed to be handed out but my boss told me that I am strictly on hourly wage and that I shouldn't worry about the tips? So it sounded to me like none of us employees are getting the tips, she's saying that we're not very busy but in the future we'll see apparently? I'm disappointed that I'm not getting tips but is that how it realy should be? I just feel I deserve the tips because I help out the customers, I take their orders, scoop ice cream etc
