Constipation????

Question

I have a 6 week old. He is fed 4oz (2 of breastmilk and 2 of formula-- Similac Pro Sensitive) every 2-3hrs. He is cluster feeding right now too.
He usually poops at least every other day or daily. This is day 2 and no poop still. He seems to be straining a little tho but just gas comes out. 
We have tried belly massage and bicycle legs. Any other suggestions?

Just put a little bit of prune juice in one of his bottles it’ll help him poo

This happened to my baby on pro sensitive and we ended up using prune juice per pediatricians recommendation. We ended up switching to a generic brand which is the members mark version of the pro sensitive when he turned 2 months old and he likes it so much better he poops every day now and stopped spitting up which he always spit up a lot on the pro sensitive. On pro sensitive he seemed to poop every 2-3 days.

We are on similac sensitive also and it backs up my LO too. We put gerber soothe probiotics drops in bottle every night and helps keep him regulated. If we get super backed up, few table spoons of pear juice in bottle will get things moving too. But def add those probiotic drops to help keep things moving with that sensitive formula xoxox hope that helps
