Bandaid reaction from vaccine?

Question

So my daughter had her 2 month vaccines yesterday. When I took off one of the bandaids I saw this rash. Is this pretty typical or should I see if we can get a different type of bandaid next time? Basically does this look like it could be an allergic reaction?
I have an older son and he never had this issue.
Edited for clarification: sorry, I figured it was bandaid related and not vaccine related given the pattern. Really just trying to see f this was normal bandaid reaction for 2 month old or if it was an allergy. Thank you for the sticky gauze suggestions!

She’s probably allergic to the adhesive. I get the same rash every time I use a bandaid or any sort of bandage really.

I’ve had that happen to me. I’ll have a mark exactly where the adhesive was. Use those bands like the blood bank puts around your arm after you donate, the tacky feeling kind that stuck to themselves. I’ve never had a problem with them. Also if I must use a bandaid I don’t leave it in long at all. After a shot it’s safe to take off relatively soon it’s already clotted. I have sensitive skin in general so you may want to watch her as you change anything else like soap or deter gays she grows.

She may be allergic to the adhesive on the bandaid. Next time tell the nurse this and she’ll get you some gauze and paper tape to substitute for the bandaid. No need to panic though.

My son and I have that reaction to bandaids. The only brand he doesn’t have a reaction with is the waterproof Nexcare ones. It’s not itchy or anything so his doctor told us we can use the ones they provide and take it off as soon as we get home.

She could be allergic to the glue in the bandage. I was too, as a kid.  The only brand I could use was Bandaid brand

It could be the adhesive irritating her skin! I always get a rash and welt like spot when I use a bandaid and it doesnt matter then brand it if it's a cloth like bandaid or latex.

It's an allergy to the adhesive. Take the bandage off and let it breathe. It will be gone in a day or two.
