Cleft lip ?

In the bottom bottom my boys lips look weird to me but this was from my gender scan at 16 weeks and they didn’t say anything. Should I be worried or maybe it’s a bad image?!?  I’m trying not to freak out. I have my 20 week scan in 8 days but just noticed this

Ultrasounds are not a perfect picture, so I wouldn't stress. They work with sound waves I think and bounce the waves off objects to create an image. Definitely not perfect.

At 20w anatomy scan they’ll look for that and by then the lips should be fully formed. Don’t panic!

Honey, do you see how weird and lumpy your whole baby looks? He’s not actually like that! That’s just the ultrasound imaging. I’m sure everything is fine. I don’t believe their lips are even fully formed at 16 weeks.
